Synopsis

Fridge Wars showcases Canadian families across the country by revealing what’s in their fridge and pitting two celebrity chefs against one another!

The hook? They each have to make the best meal possible -  using only the ingredients they find in the family’s kitchens.  

Each week, two randomly selected families will be surprised at their home and be transported to the exclusive Fridge Wars studio where the chefs will face off!
